HCGC had the opportunity to share their experiences and success as a Lighthouse Leader In Me school at the Lighthouse Team Retreat: Strengthening Leadership and Impact in Northwest Arkansas this week. The retreat brought together participating and prospective Leader In Me schools. Lighthouse Coordinator, Courtney Ball, and Leader In Me Client Partner, Amber Moss discussed building and sustaining school culture.
